About Fleet-Hydrol

Fleet-Hydrol was established in 1960 by David Butchart.

From small beginnings the business grew and thrived and was eventually handed over to David’s son and engineer Trevor Butchart, who successfully ran the business until his retirement in 2024.

Fleet-Hydrol is now owned and managed by Simon Spicer, who worked at the company with Trevor for 25 years, the last 15 years as General Manager.

So Fleet-Hydrol is in good hands, still specialising in the manufacture and sales of high quality hand-operated hydraulic and automotive repair equipment.

Fleet-Hydrol’s products are used extensively throughout Australia and in many overseas countries.
